The integrated management system to ISO
Our company maintains its Integrated Management System certification year after year: quality, environment, health and safety at work. This certification is essential for smooth internal functioning and to provide high quality standards for national, European and extra-EU freight transport, warehousing and handling services.
The Integrated Management System is in accordance with SR EN ISO 9001:2015, SR EN ISO 14001:2015, SR EN ISO 45001:2018 and aims at continuous improvement of the organization's performance.
AEO Authorized Economic Operator
In order to obtain this status, the company has met the criteria to be determined at community level on the control systems, the practical standards of competence or professional qualifications, financial solvency, and the record of compliance with customs requirements.
In accordance with article 38 of Regulation no 952/2013, there are two types of authorization STATUS:
- AEOC – customs simplifications;
- AEOS security and safety.
Type authorization STATUS obtained by MaRa Logistics Quality is AEOC – customs simplifications.
The access to customs simplifications shall be made in accordance with the customs legislation in force, and for this simplicity means:
- Reducerea numărului de controale fizice şi documentare;
- Tratament prioritar al transporturilor în cazul în care sunt selectate pentru control;
- The ability to choose the location of the checks to be carried out;
LIFE "of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations"
LIFE is a non-governmental organization, which represents today an industry covering approximately 40,000 of the company from shipping and logistics, also known as the "Architects of Transport", with about 8 to 10 million people in 150 countries of the world.
The federation represents the dispatch of the goods by many other governmental organisations, governmental authorities, international organizations, private transport, such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Association of Air Transport (IATA), the International Union of Railways (UIC), the International Road Transport (IRU), the World Customs Organization (WCO), the World Trade organization ('WTO'), etc.
Such a LIFE is the largest non-governmental organization in the field of transport, the effect of being in the world, and since 2018, we are a part of it.
